Inger is Thor & Loki's younger sister. She looks up to Loki, admires BladefireA's OC Lifa, she loves her studies and she wishes to travel and see all the realms some day.
Obv this is not her usual Asgardian attire but having just come back from studies she has this prefered outfit though Odin does not approve of her not wearing a dress...
